aironplay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform
Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any service on aironplay. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on aironplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and aironplay ("the Platform").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of aironplay following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility conditions to use the platform:

- You are not a person who has previously been suspended or permanently banned from aironplay.

aironplay reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may register only one account on aironplay. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aironplay will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your username and password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. aironplay may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while an investigation is conducted.
Account verification is required before withdrawals are processed. This may include submitting identity documents as reasonably requested by the platform. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of aironplay, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any account activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the platform's systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on aironplay — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By using the platform, you acknowledge that no currency conversion is applied to your transactions, and amounts displayed are in PHP.
Deposits must be made through the payment channels listed in the Deposit section of the platform. aironplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The depositing account must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and compliance with applicable platform policies. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of the request.
aironplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a transaction issue arises, please contact support at [email protected] with relevant transaction details.
Fraudulent transactions, disputed chargebacks, or attempts to reverse payments without legitimate cause may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
aironplay provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aironplay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
aironplay makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any gaming activity. All games involve an element of chance, and no gaming outcome can be predicted or guaranteed. Users participate at their own discretion and risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
aironplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
- Underage gaming or failure to comply with age verification requests.
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at platform staff or other users.
- Any activity that poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to aironplay.

Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder through the available withdrawal channels, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
8. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law

All content on aironplay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software, is the property of aironplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links. The platform may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors or software providers. aironplay does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party service. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
Changes to Terms. aironplay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of aironplay after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the bottom of this page.
